Welcome to Linbox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Linbox web application at uselinbox.com and app.uselinbox.com, including our Chrome extension. By using Linbox, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Linbox in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you're using Linbox on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Linbox is a web application that helps you organize your LinkedIn messaging inbox. It works alongside a lightweight Chrome extension that syncs your LinkedIn conversation metadata. Linbox provides:

Custom labels and conversation organization
Follow-up reminders
Keyboard shortcuts for faster workflow
Split inbox views to separate conversation types
Bulk actions like sweep (mass-archive old conversations)

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use Linbox, you need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Use only one account per person (no shared accounts)

4. Subscription and Billing

Linbox is a paid service with a free trial period. Here's how billing works:

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial, you're charged the Starter plan price shown on our pricing page (uselinbox.com/pricing). Monthly and annual billing are available.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

Linbox is designed for individual professionals to organize their LinkedIn messaging. You agree not to:

Use Linbox to automate LinkedIn actions (sending messages, connection requests, etc.)
Scrape, extract, or bulk-download data from LinkedIn through Linbox
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Linbox or access to it
Use Linbox to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Linbox
Circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls
Use Linbox in any way that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or applicable laws
Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account

6. Intellectual Property

Linbox, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Dende Labs. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any data you create within Linbox (labels, notes, reminders). We don't claim any rights over your content or your LinkedIn data.

7. Disclaimers

Linbox is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Specifically: we are not affiliated with LinkedIn and make no guarantees about continued compatibility with LinkedIn's platform. If LinkedIn changes their interface or APIs, Linbox functionality may be temporarily affected. We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn may take regarding your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linbox and Dende Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party can end this relationship:

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This permanently removes your data from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when possible.
We may discontinue the service entirely with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Upon termination, your right to use Linbox ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the Linbox app or by email. Continued use of Linbox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Linbox will be resolved in the courts of Brazil. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
